Hello, I’m Rebecca and I am a BABCP-accredited CBT and EMDR psychotherapist.
You might be here because something has been feeling difficult lately. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, noticing patterns that are taking up more space than you’d like, or finding that anxiety or fear has been taking over.
Therapy can be a space where we begin to slow things down and make sense of what’s going on, together. I offer a warm, friendly and supportive space where you can speak openly and without judgement, and where we can work towards finding a way forward that feels right for you.
Sometimes that means focusing on a specific difficulty, such as anxiety, trauma, or a particular pattern that’s keeping you stuck, and working in a more structured, practical way. At other times, we might take a step back and look more broadly at what’s been going on in your life, including patterns or past experiences that may still be having an impact, and consider what changes might feel helpful.
I provide weekly sessions and offer both short-term and longer-term work, depending on what you’re looking for. You can find out more about my approach here.
