I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can briefly discuss what’s been going on for you and what you’re looking for from therapy. This is also a chance for us both to consider whether I’m the right fit for you.
Please note that I am not able to offer support in a crisis. If you feel you need immediate support or support to help keep yourself or others safe, please contact your GP, the NHS Crisis Team by calling 111, attend your local A&E or contact Emergency Services by calling 999.
