Supervision

I offer supervision that’s down to earth, collaborative and flexible, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches. My aim is to give you space to think critically about cases, treatment planning, and models, without feeling tied to one rigid way of working.

I offer supervision on both a regular and ad-hoc basis, depending on what feels most helpful for you.

I see supervision as a chance to step back, reflect, and make sense of the work, including thinking about transference, countertransference, and how best to respond to complex presentations in a way that is both evidence-based and person-centred.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and engagement to sessions, while also offering challenge and structure where it’s helpful. I aim for supervision to feel both supportive and restorative, recognising the emotional demands of the work alongside opportunities for professional development.

I’ve have completed a 5-day supervisors’ training through The Central London CBT Training Centre. I have supervised teams as a Clinical Lead in a third-sector Talking Therapies service, and I’ve practiced clinically and supervised clinicians across NHS, third-sector Talking Therapies settings, and in the private sector. I’ve enjoyed helping therapists think through cases, develop professionally, and manage the day-to-day challenges of practice.
